Hiring process

  1. In order to be considered for employment at Falls Construction, applicants must meet the minimum position requirements related to training, certification and experience.
  2. If found suitable, the HR Department will scheduled an appointment to meet the candidate. After the candidate accepts the offer, further proceedings are carried out towards satisfying the statutory requirements.
  3. We conduct an induction program for all our new employees within their first week of employment. It is a combination of general information and trainings about our company as well as specifics regarding the employee’s job role.
